HDSPN offers more than just information on everyday parenting issues, we give you the 'best' advice and action plans to help you make the right choices for your family.

Today, many parents are struggling with finances, balancing work and family commitments, and tyring to maintain a positive outlook for the future. But the reality of life does not allow a parent to stop and think about the next important decision that they need to make - how does this affect my family, especially the children.

Our small groups allow parents to share their struggles and challenges with others who have encountered similar experiences. These groups are designed to have parents open up and talk about their personal story, whilst other parents listen, offer encouraging advice and help build a support network of individuals and families you can rely on. Groups include single mothers, single fathers, divorce recovery, 'choice' parents, victims of abuse and others.
